This bears repeating, so I'm going to! That Scientology (or anyone else) tries to put a perverted slant on the work Pete did with these teens says so much more about them than it does about Pete. You have to be a pretty disgusting human being to insinuate that because Pete is a gay man he is in some way not to be trusted around kids...as well as being stuck firmly in the Victorian era. Anyone making this kind of insinuation publicly, when they know Pete to be a decent man and father, deserves to go to hell, imo, and I wish that on anyone who would suggest such a thing. I'm full of admiration for Pete. He has always put himself out there, knowing that Scientologists are brutal in their vengeance. He had nothing to gain personally from going to that school and speaking to the older students about the dangers of totalitarian cults, primarily the cult he has the greatest experience with, Scientology.
