page 275: Both the sci-fi books and pseudo religious books (e.g. dianetics) of heroin addict Lafayette Ron Hubbard are sold in Spokane stores and scientologists advertise on cable television. Hubbard's scientology movement has an implied connection with Crowley through it's Agupa Lodge of Thelema in Pasedena. Thelema was Crowley's lodge in Sicily and takes it's name from Robelais Gargantua and Pantagruel lampoon.
